VORTEX GLOBAL VENTURES LLC maintains a strict NO REFUND policy for all consulting services. By engaging our services and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1. Nature of Our Services
VORTEX GLOBAL VENTURES LLC provides professional consulting services in the following areas:
- E-Commerce Solutions (Amazon, eBay, Shopify management)
- Growth Marketing (PPC, SEO, conversion optimization)
- Logistics Consulting (NAICS 541614 certified supply chain services)
- International company formation and tax compliance
These services are intangible, digital, and immediately deliverable. Once service delivery begins, the value of our expertise, strategic guidance, and time cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
Our strict no-refund policy is based on the following business realities:
2.1 Immediate Resource Allocation
Upon receiving your signed Terms of Service and confirmed payment, we immediately allocate senior consultants, research resources, and strategic planning time to your project. These resources cannot be redeployed or recovered.
2.2 Digital Delivery Nature
Our deliverables include strategic reports, market analyses, platform configurations, and consulting advice—all delivered digitally. Unlike physical products, digital intellectual property cannot be "returned" in a manner that restores its original value to us.
2.3 Scheduling Commitments
We schedule consultant time weeks in advance. A cancellation represents lost opportunity cost that cannot be recovered by reselling that time slot to another client on short notice.
2.4 Customized Service Delivery
Every engagement is customized to the client's specific business needs, industry, and goals. These bespoke services have no resale value to other clients.
3. What Our No-Refund Policy Covers
This no-refund policy applies to ALL fees and charges, including but not limited to:
- Setup fees and onboarding costs
- Monthly retainer fees
- Project-based consulting fees
- Deposit and advance payments
- Strategy and report fees
- Platform management fees
Regardless of the reason—including but not limited to change of mind, business pivot, financial constraints, or dissatisfaction with results—no refunds will be issued.
4. Service Delivery Timeline
To ensure clarity, our service delivery process is as follows:
- Consultation Request: Client submits inquiry through contact form
- Proposal & Terms Delivery: We provide service proposal and Terms of Service PDF
- Terms Acceptance: Client reviews, signs, and returns Terms of Service
- Payment Processing: Client completes payment via Stripe, Zoho, or bank transfer
- Service Commencement: Work begins immediately upon confirmed payment
Important: Once Step 5 (Service Commencement) begins, you have received value from our services and are not entitled to a refund. This applies even if you have not yet received final deliverables.
5. Limited Exception: Company Fault Only
The ONLY exception to our no-refund policy occurs if VORTEX GLOBAL VENTURES LLC fails to deliver the agreed-upon services solely due to company fault.
This exception does NOT apply to:
- Client delays in providing necessary information
- Client non-cooperation or unavailability
- Changes in client's business circumstances
- Force majeure events (pandemic, natural disasters, etc.)
- Client dissatisfaction with business results (see Section 7)
- Client's inability to implement recommendations
If we determine that company fault prevented service delivery, we may (at our sole discretion) offer:
- Credit toward future services, OR
- Rescheduling of services at no additional cost
Important: Even in cases of company fault, cash refunds are not guaranteed. Resolution is at our sole discretion and will be in the form of service credits or rescheduling.
6. Cancellation Policy
For ongoing retainer or subscription services:
- 30-Day Notice Required: Clients may cancel ongoing services with 30 days written notice
- No Prorated Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused service periods
- Final Payment Due: All fees through the cancellation effective date remain due and payable
- Data Return: Upon cancellation, we will provide client data in standard formats within 30 days
Immediate Cancellation: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of our Terms of Service, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Business Results Disclaimer
Consulting Services, Not Guaranteed Results: Our services constitute professional consulting and advisory services. We provide expertise, strategies, and recommendations, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, profit margins, or return on investment (ROI).
Business success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including:
- Market conditions and competition
- Client implementation of recommendations
- Quality of client's products or services
- Customer demand and economic factors
- Changes in platform policies (Amazon, eBay, Shopify)
- External variables (shipping costs, supplier issues, etc.)
No Refund for Unmet Expectations: Dissatisfaction with business results, even if services were delivered as agreed, does not constitute grounds for a refund.
8. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company does not override this Refund Policy or your acceptance of our Terms of Service.
Chargeback Consequences:
- Services will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- We will provide evidence of service delivery and signed Terms to the payment processor
- Unsuccessful chargebacks may result in additional fees charged to the client
- Repeated chargeback attempts may result in legal action and reporting to credit agencies

9. Client Acknowledgment
By engaging our services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You have read, understood, and agree to this No-Refund Policy
- You understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued
- You accept that services begin immediately after payment confirmation
- You acknowledge that consulting services do not guarantee specific business results
- You agree not to initiate chargebacks in violation of this policy
This acknowledgment is binding and is also captured in our Terms of Service PDF, which requires your signature before service commencement.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
The policy in effect at the time of your payment will govern your transaction. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

BY COMPLETING A PAYMENT FOR OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT THIS NO-REFUND POLICY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO REQUEST A REFUND, CHARGEBACK, OR PAYMENT REVERSAL, EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY STATED IN SECTION 5 (COMPANY FAULT ONLY).
